Handle and resolve customer complaints by coordinating with relevant teams, conducting root cause analysis and ensuring timely closure of corrective and preventive actions.
Manage QMS activities, including documentation, records, audits, CAPA, SOPs and other quality-related processes.
Conduct and monitor IPQA activities to ensure compliance with defined quality standards and processes.
Coordinate with Production, QC, R&D, Operations and other cross-functional teams on quality-related issues and improvements.
Handle and coordinate laboratory-related activities, including testing, sampling, documentation and follow-up with the QC/Lab team.
Monitor compliance with established quality standards, SOPs, specifications and work instructions.
Support internal, customer and external audits and ensure timely closure of observations.
Maintain and review quality documentation and records as per QMS requirements.
Identify quality gaps and support implementation of CAPA and continuous improvement initiatives.
Prepare and maintain quality reports, records and other relevant documentation.
Ensure timely communication and escalation of quality issues to the concerned stakeholders.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in B.Tech / B.Sc / M.Sc or a relevant discipline.
2–5 years of experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Control, preferably in manufacturing, cosmetics, personal care, FMCG or a related industry.
Good understanding of QMS, CAPA, SOPs, audits, IPQA and quality documentation.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and documentation practices.
Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
Attention to detail with a strong focus on quality and compliance.
