About the Role

We are looking for an Admin Officer to manage day-to-day administrative, facility, and employee support activities. The role requires strong coordination, vendor management, follow-up, and execution skills to ensure smooth workplace operations.

Roles & Responsibilities

Administration & Facility Management

  • Manage day-to-day office and plant administration.
  • Coordinate housekeeping, security, canteen, transport, and facility services.
  • Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and overall workplace upkeep.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair of office and facility infrastructure.

Vendor & Service Management

  • Coordinate with vendors for regular and ad-hoc requirements.
  • Handle quotations, AMC renewals, service schedules, and vendor follow-ups.
  • Track vendor performance and ensure timely service delivery.
  • Support cost-effective procurement of administrative requirements.

Employee & Operational Support

  • Coordinate employee travel, accommodation, events, meetings, and other administrative requirements.
  • Address employee facility-related concerns and ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain administrative records, bills, invoices, and MIS.
  • Coordinate with HR, Finance, Maintenance, Security, and other departments.

Compliance & Controls

  • Maintain relevant licenses, agreements, and administrative documentation.
  • Support internal audits and statutory/compliance requirements.
  • Monitor administrative expenses and support cost-control initiatives.

Preferred Background

  • 2–5 years of experience in Administration / Facility Management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Graduate in Management, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Good knowledge of facility and vendor management.
  • Strong communication, coordination, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Excel and administrative MIS.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and resolve operational issues independently.
