Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager – Cosmetic & Soap to oversee the end-to-end manufacturing operations for our range of skin care, hair care and personal care products. The GM will be responsible for driving production efficiency, quality control, and the strategic growth of the manufacturing process across multiple product lines.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the entire production process for our products into skin care, hair care and personal care.
- Ensure production targets are met while maintaining high-quality standards and compliance with safety regulations.
- Develop and implement production strategies to optimize cost, quality, and timelines.
- Monitor and manage production budgets, resource allocation, and raw material procurement.
- Collaborate with R&D, Quality Assurance, and Supply Chain teams to streamline processes.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
Skills Required:
- Proven experience in production management, specifically in Cosmetics , Pharmaceutical or FMCG
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing large production teams.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
- Strong financial acumen and experience in managing production budgets.
- Familiarity with industry regulations, quality standards, and safety protocols.
- Ability to work under pressure and drive continuous improvement in operations.
